These Terms and Conditions govern use of caribbeanaccelerator.org and form an agreement between you and Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator Inc., Parker House, Wildey Business Park, Wildey Road, St. Michael, Barbados BB14006.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website. Users must be at least 18 years old.

The service covered by these Terms is the CCSA website and the information, features, and third-party content made available through it. A device means any computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access the website.

The website may link to services or websites that CCSA does not own or control. CCSA is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, practices, availability, or for loss arising from reliance on them. Review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you visit.

CCSA may suspend or terminate access to the service immediately and without prior notice where appropriate, including when these Terms are breached. Your right to use the service ends when access is terminated.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CCSA and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss connected with use of—or inability to use—the website. Where a limitation is not permitted, liability will be limited to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CCSA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every system, or that the website and related communications will always be free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting CCSA. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country remain available to you.

Users represent that they are not located in a country subject to applicable United States government embargoes and are not listed on a prohibited or restricted-party list. European Union consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended purpose while the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. If translated versions are provided, the original English text prevails in a dispute.

CCSA may revise or replace these Terms. Where a change is material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use after revisions take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
